Can I buy over the phone?

Yes, you can. We are open 10.15am – 7pm Mon-Fri / 10.15 – 6pm Saturday / Closed Sundays.

Can I have my ticket delivered?

Delivery is available for UK and EIRE orders only. We post your tickets as soon as possible – you should receive them no later than a month before the event. Postage and packaging charges vary, please see individual concert listings for details.

Registered post : Signature required

“Standing” and General Admission tickets are always sent by registered post, because due to fire safety regulations at venues they cannot be replaced if lost. This means that they require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody at home when the Post Office call, you should find that they have left a card with instructions: check this carefully, but usually you will have seven days to collect your tickets from the delivery office.

Please note that the delivery office is not usually the same place as the Post Office, and it may open at odd hours (such as 6am until midday). Please check the card . 

What do I do if my ticket does not arrive as expected?

If you have not received your tickets by three working days prior to the gig, please call us on the telephone (020 7734 8932) for advice. Don’t leave it until the last minute!

Sometimes (mistakes happen) the Post Office may attempt delivery but not leave a card. In this case your tickets are likely to be at the delivery office – give us a call first so we can check if they’ve been returned to us, and look up the reference number for you if not.

Can I collect my tickets instead of waiting for the post?

If you would prefer not to wait in for the post, or even if you want to save a few quid, you can opt to collect your tickets from Stargreen Box Office. To reduce the risk of credit card fraud we require that tickets are collected by the credit card holder, and that you bring the card with you. We are open Monday – Saturday until 6pm, and you can collect tickets up to three days before the show – don’t leave it too late. Please see the contact us page for our address and directions.

How do I get my tickets if I live outside the UK and EIRE?

If you are ordering from an address outside of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland), you can opt to collect your tickets from Stargreen Box Office. To reduce the risk of credit card fraud we require that tickets are collected by the credit card holder, and that you bring the card with you. We are open Monday – Saturday until 6pm, and you can collect tickets up to three days before the show – don’t leave it too late. Please see the contact us page for our address and directions.
