  • Important Please Read:

    Maximum 4 tickets of each ticket type per customer/credit card/address.

  • Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by Stargreen in its discretion. This includes: orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

  • Reading Festival:

    Friday 23rd - Sunday 25th August 2018 (Campsite opens 22nd, Early Entry Camping 21st).

  • Age Restrictions:

    No unaccompanied under 16’s allowed on site.

  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder aged 18+.
  • Under 13’s (12yrs and under) are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder (18+) at all times.

  • If you are unable to prove that you are 16 or over and you aren’t accompanied by a ticket holding adult, you will be refused entry.
  • Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 12 but doesn't have a ticket.
  • Don't take any chances - bring proof of age.

  • Early Entry Passes:

    Only valid when presented in conjunction with a Weekend ticket. Allow access to campsites from 6pm Wednesday 21st August for people who want to set up camp early.

  • Early Entry Pass Holders Campsite Opens:

    6pm (Wednesday 21st August).

  • Weekend Tickets/Wristbands:

    Allow access to campsites from 8am Thursday 22nd August until midday on Monday 26th August and access to the arena on all show days. Weekend wristband allows unlimited re-entry to and from the site for the holder. We do not sell a weekend ticket without camping.

  • Weekend Ticket Holders Campsite Opens:

    8am (Thursday 23rd August).

  • Arena Times:

    Approx. 11am – 4am, stages finish approx. 11.30pm Friday 23 – Sunday 25 August.

  • Event Information - All ticket types:

  • Weekend Tickets include access to the festival campsites
  • Weekend Tickets are valid for entry from 8am on Thursday 22nd August 2019 (or 6pm on Wednesday 21st August 2019 for customers who also have an early entry pass for priority access to the campsites).
  • Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of Festival Republic.
  • Lost & Stolen tickets or will not be replaced – this also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost or miss-delivered by Royal Mail, or lost at any point prior to being exchanged for a wristband, including in the queue lanes, either before or after the ticket scan point.
  • Ticket holders are responsible for their tickets until exchanged for a wristband on first time entry. Weekend wristbands allow unlimited access to and from the event. Reading Festival will not replace lost or stolen tickets or wristbands regardless of proof of purchase. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
  • Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by Festival Republic.

  • You are booking tickets for Reading Festival in Reading, Berkshire, UK.
  • Once you have purchased these tickets, they are not refundable or transferable to Leeds Festival - please see terms and conditions for further information.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 12 hours of booking or your booking fails at any stage, please contact Stargreen to check whether your order was successful before attempting to rebook.

  • Accessible tickets:

    Disabled access customers wishing to attend for the whole weekend should first buy a Weekend Ticket

  • Please buy your festival ticket first – you can do this via our website. You will then need to apply for access to disabled facilities and/or a free PA ticket
  • The Access Requirements Form is not live yet, if you would like to be notified when it becomes available please email access@readingfestival.co.uk .
  • Please Note: Only buy your own ticket, do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will NOT be refunded if you are approved a PA ticket through the application. If you are not offered a free ticket for a PA but you still wish to bring someone, and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make one ticket available to buy.
