victoria park

A 218-acre park opened to the public in 1845, the "People's Park" Victoria Park stretches out across part of the East End of London bordering parts of Bethnal Green, Hackney, and Bow. In the 19th century it was known for political meetings. These days it's more famous for its open-air music festivals.
